Liability I hereby understand and undersign that by my entry into the 2009 Bees’ 5k, I waive all claims for damages that I may have against the Bees Athletic Boosters, BBHCSD, promoters, sponsors, or any individual involved in the production of this race, in regards to any and all injuries suffered by me while running, traveling to or from, or participating in this event, for myself, my heirs, and/or assignors. I give my full permission to the Bees Athletic Boosters, and their sponsors and corporate partners, to use any and all videotapes, photographs, audio tapes, or other recordings, that are made of me during the course of the event. |
